There are 37 persons in Design Dept., most of them own more than 5 years' experience in mould design area. Their tech nology have already reached regularization & standardization by several years training of Japanese senior mould designer. Every part of each set of mould with drawing & tolerance & standard tech nological requirements which can be guarantee the first test size of mould reaches more than 95% qualification rate, Have shortenned the mould and develop in the same period greatly. |
